We're covering adjectives today, which was met with less than enthusiasm. I agree that classifying sentence after sentence is a drag. My heart went out to the kids and the right side of the brain kicked into gear... may I present to you the Adjective Robot!Draw your own robot on the tummy of this guy. Write an adjective that describes your robot in each of the numbered spaces. It was hilarious to see the different kinds of robots the kids created!
If I were to come up with an idea like this one, we'd hear prayers of thanks for a "genius Mom" around the lunch table! Good one.
