Proverbs 12

24 Verse 24: "The hand of the diligent will rule,
    while the slothful will be put to forced labor."

The righteous and hard working can govern themselves, but the wicked need to be put to work. 
25 


Verse 25: "Anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down,
    but a good word makes him glad."

Words can encourage and inspire us out of fear and depression.
