Another modern 5-star book!
Packer published this series of essays 40 years ago. Packed with Bible, insightful illustrations and helpful application, Packer's greatest strength is keeping the focus on God Himself throughout. He connects theological topics in unexpected ways that call forth our faith, gratitude, obedience, etc.
I regret that it took me so long to get around to reading this book! Get a copy today.
